Here's what each status means as your W piece makes its way to you:

Order Confirmed

We've received your order and payment. You'll get a confirmation email with all the details.

Processing

Your piece is being checked, quality-inspected, and prepped for dispatch from our facility.

Shipped

Your order has left our hands and is on its way. You'll receive a tracking ID and courier link via email and SMS.

Out for Delivery

Your package is with the delivery partner and will reach you today. Keep your phone close.

Delivered

Your W has officially arrived. Unbox it, fit check it, and tag us — @doubleew — we love seeing it on you.

Estimated Delivery Times

In Within Bangladesh: 3-7 business days

International Orders: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, courier load, and seasonal volume. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Didn't Get a Tracking ID?

No stress. Here's what to do:

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the shipment confirmation.

Make sure the email/phone number you used at checkout is correct.

Tracking IDs usually activate within 24–48 hours of dispatch — give it a moment.
